John & Verena Adragna were married 65 years, during which time they traveled the world and accumulated an interesting and wide-ranging collection of antiques & collectibles that make up this auction. After serving in WWII, John put in 27 years with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, later working as a teacher and an investigator. Verena had a career in advertising with companies such as KXOX, KSD, Winius Brandon & Monsanto. John passed away in 2014, and Verena only recently passed in May of 2016.
